With facilities around the world, Lancaster Laboratories has the capabilities to meet your global regulatory requirements. All our facilities offer the highest level of instrument technology, cGMP-compliant laboratory services and operate under the same SOPs and strict quality control program. Utilizing the same LIMS system and centralized billing, working with any of our global facilities is a seamless operation.

Facilities Overview

Lancaster facilities offer you:

• A global capacity of 260,000 square feet.
• Chemistry and biochemistry services that include a full array of spectrophotometric capabilities (LC/MS/MS, GC/MS, ICP/MS, LC/MS Ion Trap, LC/MS TOF, MALDI-TOF and Orbitrap) and chromatographic capabilities (HPLC, UPLC, CEX, SEC, GC, IC).
• An expanded biopharmaceutical services group with a suite of controlled labs supporting molecular and in-vitro testing that include:
• ISO 7 Cell bank manufacturing suites.
• Tissue culture and virology laboratories with controlled access and equipped with HEPA filtration and BSL2 capabilities.
• A 9000-sq. ft. controlled microbiology laboratory containing a sterility test suite that includes two half-suit workstation isolators, four transfer isolators, an autoclave isolator integrated with a GMP sterilizer and three VHP 1000 units. A separate limited-access building contains 23,000-cu. ft. of stability chamber space accommodating 26 conditions, including photostability.
• An on-site biorepository featuring a variety of storage options to meet your specific needs and maintain long-term sample integrity, including vapor-phase liquid nitrogen and liquid-phase liquid nitrogen. Storage is available on a per freezer or per shelf basis in segregated and non-segregated environments.
